LEMON SAUSAGE PENNE (or SHELLS)
The ingredients are:
- 1 1/4 lbs. uncased mild Italian sausage
- white wine
- 1/2 lemon (squeezed)
- powdered red chili pepper (you can use peperoncino if you don't have powder)
- Italian seasoning
- 1 large diced tomato
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- grated parmesan cheese ( how ever much you want)
- 1 lb pasta
While it's cooking, put in the rest of the ingredients.
While cooking this, be boiling the penne.
Serve with evo and parmesan cheese.
There is not much sauce because all the flavor is in the sausage. I hope you enjoy the food.

Casey We love italian sausage and pasta is a staple in our house. I'm going to make this soon. It sounds wonderful and I think you may have a future in the kitchen. PS Women love men who can cook.
