About a week ago, my grandpa and I started work on a fort. We worked hard and had fun.
Yesterday,6/10/09, I had my friend Kurt over after school. When we got home the fort was finished. My grandpa had finished it while we were at school. Here are some pictures of Kurt and me in the finished fort.
This is the outside of the fort.
This is Kurt opening the door.
This is me opening the door.
This is Kurt and I eating lunch in the fort.
(Wednesday is a short day at school.)
I even have a window. See me?
I hope you enjoyed my post, bye

Awesome Casey! You are one lucky boy.
And I just looked at your blog to see when you are off to Italy/France.
It is coming up fairly soon.
I bet you are getting excited.
Have a great trip and I hope to hear from you when you get a chance in the summer.
ciao,
chiaro di luna
Hi Hi Hi Chiaro. Thanks for commenting and reading my blog. I'm going to be blogging from Italy and France. Bye, Bye, Bye Chiaro
That looks like a great fort. I wish I had something like that so I could hide once in awhile! I wont show it to my kids, though...they'll want one, too.
I had heard something of this fort. It's nice to see it finally. My siblings and cousing used to build much simpler forts all over our farm when I was a kid. Many of them were in such secret places that we lost them, but it is bice to have a place of your very own.
What a great fort, Casey! I hope you and your friends have lots of good times in it.
Hi Rebecca, Judith and Nancy
We do have a good time in my fort. I had a friend over yesterday that said it was just plain awesome. If you come to the GTG you can eat in my fort. Come, Judith, come--please--we need you.
